1. Definitions

APPS2CREATE: The digital agency offering services, including websites, mobile apps, digital stack setup, and related solutions.

Client: Any individual, company, or organization that engages APPS2CREATE for services.

Services: The work performed by APPS2CREATE, including website development, app development, digital setup, and related tasks.

2. Scope of Services

APPS2CREATE will provide services as agreed upon in writing with the client.

Any additional work beyond the agreed scope must be requested in writing and may incur additional fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate and timely information, materials, and feedback needed to complete the project.

The client is responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any content provided to APPS2CREATE.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement.

Payments must be made according to the schedule specified in the agreement.

Late payments may result in project delays and could incur additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables, including websites, apps, or digital solutions.

APPS2CREATE retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks used remain the intellectual property of APPS2CREATE or the respective third party.

6. Confidentiality

APPS2CREATE will keep all client information and materials confidential and only use them for the purposes of completing the project.

7. Warranty and Liability

APPS2CREATE ensures the deliverables function as agreed upon at the time of delivery.

APPS2CREATE is not responsible for issues arising from changes or misuse after project delivery.

Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service.

8. Revisions and Maintenance

Minor revisions are included within the agreed project scope. Additional changes may incur extra fees.

Post-launch maintenance and updates are not included unless explicitly stated in the agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

If the client terminates the agreement, payment for work completed up to that point is required.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes will be resolved under Belgian jurisdiction.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging APPS2CREATE’s services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
